1. About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses our website (dressedtoglow.co.uk) or buys goods or services from us. DRESSED to Glow is a trading name of Romancia Bridal Ltd, an independent boutique registered in England and Wales.
By using the site, booking an appointment, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Booking an appointment
All prom styling sessions are by appointment only. When you book:
- We'll confirm your appointment by email
- Appointments are typically 60 minutes
- We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your time
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice where possible
- Appointments are free of charge
3. Ordering a dress (made-to-order)
Prom dresses are made to order. This means:
- Once you place an order, we order your dress from the designer in your exact size
- Lead times are typically 10–14 weeks from order confirmation
- A deposit may be required at the time of order (we'll confirm this at your appointment)
- Made-to-order items are non-refundable under UK consumer law because they are bespoke to you — unless they arrive faulty or not as described
- We'll keep you updated on your order's progress
4. Buying online (occasion wear & accessories)
For products you can buy directly through the website:
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT
- A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email — not when you place the order
- We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or for any other reasonable reason — in which case we'll refund you in full
- Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout
5. Your right to cancel (consumer rights)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel:
- Email us at info@romancia.co.uk within 14 days
- Return the item in unworn, unused condition with original tags and packaging within another 14 days
- We'll refund your order within 14 days of receiving the return
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it's faulty
This right does not apply to made-to-order or personalised items (including prom dresses ordered in your specific size), sealed personal care items once opened, or items that have been worn or altered.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed on each product page and confirmed at checkout. While we try to ensure all prices are accurate, errors can occur. If we find a pricing error after you've ordered:
- If the error is obvious and significant, we may cancel the order and refund you
- You'll always be notified before any action is taken
Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We don't see or store your card details.
7. Delivery
Full delivery information is available on our Delivery & Returns page. In short:
- We deliver across the UK
- Delivery times vary by product — accessories typically arrive within 3–5 working days; made-to-order dresses take 10–14 weeks
- We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, or circumstances outside our control
8. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We'll arrange a free return and either replace the item, repair it, or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
9. Using the website
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or index the site
- Upload or transmit any viruses or malicious code

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Romancia Bridal Ltd. It is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce any part of it without our written permission.
11. Liability

- We don't guarantee that the site will be available at all times, or error-free
- We're not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or missed events) to the extent permitted by law
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to that policy.
