That's absolutely fine. Protection is tied to your school and prom, so a student attending a different prom can still choose the same style. Your dress remains protected at your own prom.

Does School Protection cost extra?+

No. It's part of how we work, included as standard with every prom dress. There's no premium and no added fee.

How do you keep track of it all?+

We use dedicated registry software to log every dress against its school, prom, style and colour. This is managed carefully across all prom bookings so nothing slips through.

When does protection start?+

Immediately. The moment your dress is confirmed and registered, protection begins — so the earlier you secure your dress, the sooner it's locked in for your prom.

Shopping early gives you the widest choice of styles, colours and appointment availability. It also gives you more time to spread the cost, and means you can secure your preferred dress before another girl from your school chooses it.

Can another boutique sell the same dress?+

Our School Protection Promise applies to dresses purchased through Dressed To Glow. While we can't control stock sold through other retailers, every Dressed To Glow customer is protected through our registration system.

What if someone from my school has already chosen the dress I love?+
