When she finds the dress that feels right, we order it specially for her. We're not limited by whatever size or colour happens to be available in store that day.

It means her dress arrives fresh, untouched, and chosen properly around her, not whatever happened to be on the rail.

Most of our collections are available from UK sizes 0–22, because feeling incredible shouldn't depend on the sample size hanging in store.

The goal has never been one look for everyone. It's helping every customer find the version of herself that feels most confident in the mirror.

For some girls, typical occasionwear shopping feels overwhelming. Busy stores, loud music, pressure, too many dresses at once.

That's never been how we work.

For years, we've supported customers who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or simply more comfortable in a calmer environment. That might mean quieter appointments, a slower pace, clearer guidance, or simply more space to settle in properly.

When you book, there's the option to tell us anything that may help make the appointment more comfortable. You never have to, but we'll always do our best to get it right.

Early Access to New Collections

New prom collections begin arriving from July for the following year, with occasion wear landing throughout the year.

Booking earlier gives her the widest choice and the calmest experience overall. If she has something specific in mind, shopping early means we can usually order exactly what she wants rather than relying on what happens to still be available closer to the event.

It also allows more time for ordering, delivery, and any alterations without unnecessary pressure later.

Fair Pricing

Transparent pricing from the beginning.

Our dresses are priced at the recommended retail price and, where possible, lower. The private styling rooms and one-to-one experience are part of how we work, not an added premium.

What you see is what you pay. No hidden extras, no pressure tactics, and no pricing that changes unexpectedly later.

Do you only do prom? +
No, not at all. We have hundreds of dresses suitable for a range of special events, from prom to cruise wear. Prom is still at the heart of what we do and where most customers first discover us. Alongside prom, we also style customers for birthdays, bridesmaids, evening events, occasion wear, modern mother of the bride, and other special occasions throughout the year. Over 95% of our customers find us through recommendation.
How long does an appointment take? +
Appointments are 60 minutes. That's enough time to browse the rails, mark her favourites, and try several dresses in a private fitting room — comparing and refining without ever feeling rushed.
What if she's nervous or has sensory needs? +
When booking, there's an option to let us know anything that may help make the appointment feel more comfortable. That could be things like quieter music, fewer guests, or simply taking things at a slower pace. You never have to share anything you don't want to, but we'll always do our best to create a calm and supportive experience.
Who can she bring with her? +
We want every customer to feel comfortable and properly looked after during their appointment, so we ask that you bring up to a maximum of three guests along with her — mum, sisters, friends, or whoever she feels most comfortable having there. If you'd like to bring additional guests, please contact us before booking so we can make sure the correct styling suite and appointment type are selected for your visit.
How long before the event should she order? +
For prom, many of our customers begin shopping as soon as the new collections arrive from summer onwards for the following year. Booking earlier gives access to the newest styles, the widest choice across sizes and colours, and the best chance of securing favourite designs before they are registered to schools. As the season progresses, more styles become unavailable for certain schools due to our exclusivity system, so we always encourage customers to follow our social media and register their interest early if they'd like first access to new arrivals and collection drops. That said, we also carry hundreds of dresses in store throughout the season, including ready to wear and off the rail options available in selected sizes and colours for customers shopping closer to their event date. Delivery times can vary between designers and collections, and alterations may also need to be factored in depending on the timeframe available.
Can you guarantee no one else from her school will have the same dress? +
Yes. Once your dress style is registered to your school and prom, we won’t sell that style to another girl attending your prom — regardless of colour. Once a dress is confirmed, it is registered against that school within our system and closed off to everyone else attending. We use dedicated software to manage this carefully across all prom bookings. The same approach also applies to selected occasion wear appointments, including modern mother of the bride and special events, where we may ask for the event venue and date to help avoid duplication where possible.
What if the dress doesn't fit perfectly? +
Most occasion wear and prom dresses benefit from alterations to achieve the best fit to shape. We can recommend experienced independent seamstresses local to the boutique; however, alteration work and costs are arranged separately between the customer and seamstress. We'll always guide you honestly during the appointment regarding fit, sizing, and what adjustments may typically be required.
Do I need an appointment? +
Yes. All styling appointments are by appointment only so we can give each customer the time, space, and experience they deserve without overcrowding the boutique.
Do you have dresses available to take home the same day? +
Yes. Alongside our made to order collections, we also carry a large selection of ready to wear and off the rail dresses available to purchase in store, subject to size and availability.
Do you stock plus sizes? +
Yes. Most of our collections are available from UK sizes 0–22, with a wide range of styles available to try in store across different fits, shapes, and sizes.
Are alterations included? +
Alterations are not included in the dress price. Most dresses benefit from small adjustments for the best fit, and we can recommend experienced independent local seamstresses following your appointment if required.
